Overview

This website and online store are operated under the trade name TapinRevu. Throughout these Terms, “TapinRevu,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this store. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

By visiting this site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.

Eligibility and information

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, shipping, and business-location information.

Products and services

TapinRevu sells NFC review stands and related programming services. Product images and colors may vary slightly by display or manufacturing batch. We may update descriptions, prices, availability, or features before an order is accepted.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory, pricing errors, fraud prevention, or inability to program the requested destination. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and business information submitted.

Programming and destination

You are responsible for providing an accurate, lawful review destination and for having authority to represent or configure the named business location. TapinRevu may contact you to confirm the business listing before programming. You may not use the product to mislead customers, impersonate another business, or route customers to unlawful or deceptive content.

TapinRevu provides a convenient route to a review destination. Customers choose whether to leave a review, their rating, and their words.

Shipping

Processing, rates, estimated delivery times, and address-change procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refund eligibility, damaged or incorrect items, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, designs, copy, graphics, and other content owned by TapinRevu are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit them without written permission. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. TapinRevu is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and review platforms. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or security-disruptive activity; interfere with the site; transmit malware; scrape or collect personal information without authorization; or violate the rights of TapinRevu or others.

Feedback

If you voluntarily send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not disclose personal information contrary to our Privacy Policy.
